Refunds & Returns

All sales are final and non-refundable.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@simonsaysprint.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

You may cancel an order prior to processing. To be eligible to cancel your order, please reach out via email to our team before processing.

Contact us to change the following: 

  • If you need to edit a product after you’ve ordered (prior to processing) 

  • The Billing or Shipping Address

To apply a code to your order: 

  1. Type the code in Have a Code? drop field during check out 

  2. Click apply.

Please ensure that you have entered the code correctly, reviewed the code limitations and that it has not expired.

Product Design & Information

There are three possible options when you are designing and customizing your products:

  1. Custom design: This allows you to customize your product. Simply click to open the Design Studio and use the tools available to create your own design.
  2. Upload design: This function allows you to upload your own file to customize your product. Here are the file types we accept: JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, EPS, AI, PDF, and PDS images.
  3. Browse design: We have 100s of preloaded templates for you to choose from. You can use them as is or customize your very own!

All saved designs and previous orders are found under My Projects.
