If you need any assistance regarding an order, please contact us immediately at info@simonsaysprint.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order once it has been processed.
Upon ordering, make sure that your shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address you have provided.
Domestic Shipping
Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not included in shipping days. Shipping does not include production time.
Delivery times for orders placed after 2pm EST will be calculated from the next business day.
Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: USA.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once shipment reaches your destination country. Simon Says Print is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and your responsibility as the customer.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Simon Says Print is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@simonsaysprint.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes.
